FUNCTION CHARACTERISTIC

Frontal paper feeding part: adopt special frontal paper feeding technology, paper pile baffle can adjusted up and down automatically, equipped with high pressure fan.
Paper conveying part: it is conveyed by Yaskawa servo motor, equipped with Japanese Mitsubishi controller, special servo conveying ensures it doesn’t damage the edge of paper when paper arrive at front gauge, and high positioning accuracy.
Die-cutting part:
(1) adopt worm gear crank elbow type high precision flat die cutting platform
(2)Multiple pieces CAM intermittent transmission mechanism, overload protection import torque clutch.
(3)High precision RENOLD paper tooth row of drive chain.
Stripping part: the central locking device positioning rapid stripping plate and upper frame die system, fast to exchange plate and easy to operate.
Paper collecting part: automatic paper pile up and down platform, non-stop collecting paper.
Electric part: PLC control whole machine running and fault monitoring system, ensure the machine running stable, safe and convenient.
