Common troubles and elimination methods

Trouble 1  The paper can not be delivered from paper pile or break delivery.
Solution: a. Increasing the space between front lay and belt to make one piece of paper pass.
        b. Reducing the height of paper feeding pallet to make belt touch with paper in low point completely.
        c. Adjust the distance of paper feeding pallet and belt far away.
 
Trouble 2 The paper delivered from paper pile is double sheet or continuous sheets.
Solution: a. Reducing the space between front lay and belt to make only one piece of paper pass.
        b. Increasing the height of paper feeding pallet to make belt separated from paper in high point completely.
        c..Adjust the distance of paper feeding pallet and belt near.
 
Trouble 3 The paper runs normally but the machine stop automatically and alarm, the main screen display front cardboard trouble.
Solution: a. Adjust cardboard photoelectric sensitivity, red light flashing when there is paper reflection, otherwise red light goes out.
        b..Double sheets input error.
 
Trouble 4 Paper delivered from paper feeding pile is normal, but paper pallet lift the end of paper, paper pause or off tracking.
Solution: a. When the paper pause, increase the pressure of three paper pressing rollers above the belt and two paper pressing rollers in front lay.
        b..When the paper occur off tracking, increasing pressure of paper pressing rollers.
 
Trouble 5 Gluing position and paper window dislocation.
Solution: a Reduce the height of paper pressing rod in push lay part, adjust the distance between paper pressing rod and push lay to make push lay can not separated or go under the paper.
        b. Adjust the angle of paper feeding beginning button in screen, let the time match when paper is delivered to push lay part.
        c. Lock tightly screw which adjust gluing position.
 
Trouble 6 Gluing profile is not complete or glue quantity is too small.
Solution: a There is too little glue in glue tank , should add glue.
        b.Adjust the space of glue roller and glue sleeve or glue sleeve and paper to right space.
 
Trouble 7 film patching position and paper window dislocation.
Solution: a adjust the suction holes position to make it suck the front of cutting finished film.
        b. increase the air suction volume and remove the block near suction holes.
        c.Lock tightly screw which adjust film position.
 
Trouble 8 the film can not patch on the paper
Solution: a adjust the air volume of film break sleeve and film patching sleeve to make the film sucked and delivered to patching station.
        b. change tension spring of patching station to make window patching paper deliver to paper collection station.
